We're glad to inform you that we currently ship across the United States and all over the world. Here's our streamlined process for you:

Order Processing and Shipping:

Orders Handing time (days):

Min 3 days- Max 5 days   Fulfilled Monday-Friday

Generally, it takes 3-5 business days for us to verify and prepare your unit. Following this, your product should reach you within 10-20 business days. Please note that we only start our compatibility and verification checks once we receive all requested information (such as dashboard photos, existing radio specifications etc.). As such, we will start counting our Processing, Handling and Shipping time once we receive this.

Transit time (days) :

Min 7 days- Max 15 days   Fulfilled Monday-Friday

Receiving Time = Orders Handing time (days) + Transit time (days)

Change of Address:

You may change your delivery address before we dispatch your order. Unfortunately, we can't modify the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at

Tracking:

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. This will allow you to monitor your shipment until it's delivered.

Cancellations:

We accept order cancellations only before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Return & Refund policies will apply. To cancel an order, contact us at  service@zwnav.com

Damages and Insurance:

If your product arrives damaged, you can return and exchange it within 30 days. We'll provide the shipping label. The final price you pay includes all taxes and additional costs. You need to return to the warehouse address in China.

Notifications:

You'll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. When your order is ready for collection by our transport partner, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you find the parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel and contact our customer service.
